1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Prezidox Academy platform (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the Service.

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that you have received consent from a parent or legal guardian to register and use this Service.

2. Service Description

Prezidox Academy is a premium web-based computer-based testing (CBT) practice platform built for candidates preparing for the University of Lagos (UNILAG) and Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU) Post-UTME examinations. Features include simulated mock testing, topical practice drills, past question timelines, leaderboard competition, and gamified WebSocket battle modes.

3. User Obligations

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (email and password) and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. 72-Hour Free Trial

All newly registered users are granted a 72-hour (3 days) free trial access. During this trial period, all subject question banks, performance metrics, and study modes are fully unlocked. No credit card or billing details are required to activate the trial. Upon expiration, access to practice modes will be restricted until a premium subscription plan is purchased.

5. Subscription Terms

Premium subscription plans (UNILAG prep, OAU prep, or the bundle plan) require a one-time payment. Premium subscription fees are charged on a non-recurring basis. Paid plans remain valid until your exam is written for the current year. There are no automatic monthly or yearly renewals, and no hidden recurring charges.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Attempting to scrap, copy, download, or distribute the question bank, option keys, or explanations.
• Sharing account logins with other candidates.
• Circumventing or bypassing authorization protocols or webhook confirmation systems.
• Using automation scripts, bots, or software hacks to inflate leaderboard points or win WebSocket battles.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design systems, illustrations, graphics, exam questions, option keys, glossary references, and explanations are the sole intellectual property of Prezidox Academy or its content creators. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access content solely for private study purposes.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prezidox Academy is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the CBT questions will match the exact questions set in the actual screening, nor do we guarantee success or specific scores in the university examinations. Under no circumstances shall Prezidox Academy or its founders be liable for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account access immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any of these terms, participate in fraudulent activities, or engage in suspicious script-scraping patterns.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted directly to this page and the "Last Updated" date will be updated. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of modifications indicates your formal acceptance of the updated terms.
